The Artisan
"Imparati un Mestiere," my father once told me, meaning "learn a craft." And so I did!
Growing up on the Amalfi Coast, surrounded by rich traditions and breathtaking beauty, I was always inspired by arts and crafts. My journey began in 2003 when I visited a local sandal factory and met Don Catello, an old maestro and one of the first artisans in the area. He called me "Giovinotto," meaning "young one," and would share stories of working and sleeping in the same shop in Positano during the summer season. His skills and knowledge were mesmerizing, and I knew I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor.
After three years of working at the factory, I was introduced to Cercal fashion school in San Mauro Pascoli, located in one of Italy's most prestigious shoe districts. There, I learned every step of shoe design and footwear development, from initial design and material selection to marketing. I completed my master's program in 2006 and earned an internship with a renowned shoe designer office near Firenze, where I was soon hired full-time as a designer, creating new styles and collections for notable clients in the fashion industry.
In 2010, I felt the need to return to my roots and moved back to my region. Leveraging my experiences, I was hired by a local shoe factory, contributing to both design and production. A few years later, a colleague and I opened a sandals and handbags boutique in the heart of Sorrento, one of the Amalfi Coast’s gems. I was thrilled to live and work in one of the world's most beautiful places, creating custom sandals for locals and international tourists who loved their unique shopping experience.
In the winter of 2018, my wife and I vacationed in Florida, where the beautiful climate and tropical landscape inspired us to open a boutique. Soon after, we seized the opportunity to open in prestigious Palm Beach. After another summer in Sorrento, I was ready for this new adventure, and we opened our shop in December 2019. Since then, we have been growing our business, bringing Italy's finest craftsmanship and products to the New World.

The Origins
In the early 19th century, the local craftsmen of Capri and the Amalfi Coast, inspired by the ancient Romans, created the modern sandal. Using Italy's finest leather, they crafted these sandals entirely by hand, embodying timeless style and becoming an essential part of the culture for hot Italian summers. Over the following decades, their popularity soared worldwide, thanks to celebrities like Sophia Loren and Jackie Onassis who embraced these elegant sandals during La Dolce Vita era.
Today, the product has evolved, incorporating new craftsmanship techniques and offering a wider range of stunning designs. Embellished with crystals, seashells, and intricate details, these sandals have been transformed into even more beautiful and luxurious creations. Women are sure to add these timeless classics to their summer wardrobes, continuing the legacy of the Italian style.
The Traditions
At our core, we take immense pride in our work, ensuring that every product is a testament to our commitment to quality and tradition. Each of our sandals elements are meticulously crafted in Italy by skilled artisans from family owned businesses, renowned for their mastery in the Campania region. This southern Italian area, where these sandals originated, remains the heart of our craftsmanship, embodying the rich heritage and exceptional skill that define the authenticity of our products.
